Settings

Instance Settings

Workspace-wide configuration for this instance. Timestamps are stored in UTC and displayed in your default timezone (always labeled).

Used to display dates and times across the dashboard. Storage stays UTC.
Where blocked or unrouteable traffic goes when no offer/campaign redirect applies. Enter a URL to redirect, or an HTTP status like 404 (Not Found) or 204 (dead-end). Defaults to 404.

Channels

Top-level traffic categorization. Used by the tracker's channel cascade and by affiliate Default Channel assignments. Channels can be renamed but not deleted — historical clicks/events reference them.

Verticals

The industry categories offers belong to (Finance, Health, Dating, and so on). Every offer picks one. Verticals can be renamed or archived — archiving hides a vertical from the new-offer picker but keeps it on existing offers and reports, so historical clicks and conversions stay intact. They are never deleted.

Conversion IDs

Sequential

Every conversion gets a short numeric ID. By default they count up 1, 2, 3… per account. Turn on randomization to show random 8-digit IDs instead, so affiliates can’t infer your conversion volume.

Applies to new conversions going forward; existing IDs keep the value they already have. Each ID stays unique either way.

Conversion review

Instant approval

By default every conversion is confirmed on arrival: it counts, bills, and fires the affiliate's postback immediately. Turn on review to hold new conversions in Pending until you approve or reject them on the Conversions report. Only approved conversions bill; postbacks fire on approval.

Every new conversion lands as Pending, whatever pixel or postback recorded it. Applies account-wide, on top of any per-affiliate or per-campaign Review flags.
Same hold for events that are not conversions (catalog events marked "doesn't count as a conversion"). Leave off to let those record instantly while conversions are reviewed.

Analytics

Panel off

Optional analytics surfaces. These are off by default so the app stays focused; turn on the ones your team wants.

Adds an Event trend panel to the Analytics page showing each advertiser event's volume over time. Conversions draw as solid lines, other events as dashed. It follows the page's filters and day/week/month granularity.
Adds a Funnel Comparison page under Reports that lines up the Journey funnel for many affiliates, offers, campaigns, or channels side by side — stage counts, conversion percentages, revenue and payout, and time-to-event.

Affiliate invoices

The VAT rate added on top of an affiliate invoice when that affiliate is set to Pays VAT (on their Billing tab). Leave it at 0 to add no VAT.
